Algorithms like Inversion Percolation and Drainage failing for Stiched Networks

Hi. I have been trying to stitch 3 networks together then applying inlet and outlet boundary conditions to the surfaces and simulate Drainage/Invasion Percolation. The stiched donor networks don't get invaded. Individually the three networks have correct pressure and saturation for these algorithms but not as a sticthed network.
What could be the issue?

I am pretty sure that it's because your stitching has failed. There are probably no throats connecting the networks. Have you tried visualizing with op.visualization.plot_connections?

The problem is fixed. The stitching was successful however then newly made stitching throats lacked properties like the length volume etc. Once manually assigned the algorithms work as expected. Thankyou!
