Add entries for parent COMBINE archives to OMEX manifests #7
Description
OMEX manifests we've seen (COMBINE archive specifications, SED-ML.org, other tools) contain entries for the parent archive at location=".". We suggest an entry be added to each manifest for consistency with the community.
