Integrating Monitoring Capabilities #329
Description
Real-time system monitoring of the Orchestrator and its underlying compute system is desirable, in order to better understand the behaviour of the system while it is executing an application in real time, and to support generation of graphs and other data in a non-real-time manner (supplementing the existing instrumentation system).
On resolution, this issue will incorporate a monitoring system into the Orchestrator.
Left deliberately vague - the documentation will explain this in greater detail as time passes.
