Allow to Connect Outputs Logically

This is actually an enhancement request, but I can't set the Label accordingly.

It would be nice to have the possibility to connect outputs logically.
E.g. there is a relay that enables the flipper fingers (or bumpers). That relay is deactivated while tilt or not enough credits.
If we can connect the relay-output to the flipper-finger-output by a logical "AND" we wouldn't need the relay in hardware.

Such a feature is already implemented using the "virtual" game on relay.
If configured correctly, PinMAME manages that relay and all high power output across all boards react to it.
