OVERLAY detection #1
Description
Improve OVERLAY detection for better MapROM support. Routing in addition to the existing address lines, A18, A17 + A16 to the CPLD will avoid mirrors of ChipRAM address space. In addition, route D15 to the CPLD so the MapROM status can be determined by software (reading a "config" register could be implemented).
