Feedbacks on the spectrum library page

@noedelta Great work on the spectrum library page, it looks very nice. Below are some comments.

• Update the introduction (Rui)
• In the menu, there is no need to list “Spectrum Libraries” separately
• Move the release date and version next to the title “Latest Release” with smaller font.
• It is probably better to move the picture of each species to the left hand side
• Update the number of spectra at the database level (Rui)
• Change “Using the PRIDE Spectrum Libraries” to “How to use spectrum libraries"
• Increase the gap between “Latest release” and “ Using the PRID Spectrum libraries"
• The alignment of the code snippets seems to need some improvements
• May be we can use gist to store the code snippets instead?

• Think about possibility to allow access to previous releases
• Add "number of peptides" to summary (@noedelta @ruiwanguk I can discuss with you how we can generate these numbers, I'd generate all displayed stats based on the actual MSP files)
• Update usage explanation (new SpectraST version, include re-mapping to protein database, add Pepitome) (Johannes)
