feat: redesign Documentation page with improved UI and infinite scrolling gallery

- Removed status badges for cleaner look
- Added creator credits (Raghav & Vijay Nishal for Report, Sachin & Sudhir for PPT, Joshwa for Hardware)
- Implemented infinite scrolling hardware gallery with 4 photos
- Enhanced document cards with gradient borders and hover effects
- Added PDF preview modal with full-screen viewer
- Fixed asset paths to work in both dev and production
- Improved responsive design and animations
- Added 'Created by' sections with team member attribution
