Make the Vuforia Unity package available direct from the GitHub site

Summary

Other solutions make the Unity package for their SDK's available in source direct from GitHub, enabling linking to the UPM package directly from Unity as a git reference.

The release .tgz is fine, but adds a barrier to adoption as it has to be downloaded and place it in the project.

Including the source in the repo would simply make the package more accessible for developers.

Hi @SimonDarksideJ, thank you for your suggestion.

I will raise the suggestion with the development team, though I expect that we will continue distributing the package only through the Unity Asset Store and as a tarball package.

Fair enough @ptc-thesbyro , I don't expect to drop any other deployment options, but adding this would cut down a lot of friction for Unity users.
