Modules: Post-processing

Need a module to do some basic in-situ post-processing of the simulation data

• Slicing (1D & 2D)
• Statistics (weighted sum, min, max, mean)
• Iso-surface extraction (dual contouring)
• Lagrangian particles advection and sampling data

Post-processing methods should be aware of distributed MPI topology.
