[Tests] Automatically test .ipynb files

**important**: Read `CONTRIBUTING.md`.

We can use `nbval` to test the notebooks. We may need to update the `Makefile` and the `.github/.../tests.yaml` file to run it alongside `pytest`. The command `make tests` should run `pytest` and `nbal`.
