Plot waterfalls with allele separation

would there soon be a possiblity to plot waterfalls with allele separation using trgt?

Thank you for suggesting this! We will consider implementing allele separation in waterfall plots in the future version of TRGT. This feature will require some work and probably will be combined with other large-scale improvements in the plotting functionality.
