No Recourses files for chapter 10

Hi authors,

I have followed the book to check the chapter 10 video here. However, when I checked this Github repo, I could not find the Cmake file and the resources files that were used in the examples in Chapter 10.

I have built tesseract from source, and would like to try chapter 10 examples. Could you please take a look and update the files ?
