关于模型微调没有效果

我正在微调模型以便于能够检测特定场景中的箭头（↑、↓、←、→），并且添加了该场景下900多张图片数据来进行微调。然而训练出来的模型却没有什么效果，对于该场景下的箭头的检测效果和原先的模型没什么差别，甚至用来跑训练的图片也没法识别出来，请问会是什么问题呢？
