How to get Output .txt format file with similiar layout ,spacing and new line characters from the image after doing OCR.

I am attaching a sample ocr and output I need. I will mention what I have I already tried so far to achive it so that you dont have to give the same answer. After getting the coordinates from paddleocr for each text I tried to group line and workd by some logic. But it doesnt give always give suitable anwers
