手动下载模型，缺少inference.xxx文件

想要提前下载好模型到本地目录，但是发现下载的layout路径下少了inference.xxx文件。 但是layout下这个picodet_lcnet_x1_0_fgd_layout_cdla_infer.tar文件，手动下载解压后确实没有nference.xxx文件，这是怎么回事呢？自动下载的就是全的。

碰到同样的问题，手工下载的文件无法使用。有没有解决方法？
