multiple redundancy dependecies OpenCV

I find that multiple opencv dependecies in pyproject.toml

albucore also has a dependecy opencv-python-headless.

opencv-python documents said that these versions should not be installed in the same enviroment, you should SELECT ONLY ONE OF THEM.

headless version may have more compatibility.
