🐛 Bug (问题描述)

我最近刚开始研究PaddleOCR的部署，发现在main分支下，deploy\README_ch.md等多个文件中，../doc/doc_ch/inference_ppocr.md该路径的文件不存在。
查阅往期分支，release/2.5是存在该文件的，可能后续对文件做了移动或合并？
比较影响初学者查询资料的体验，希望能更新同步下文档。
