I tried to use paddlepaddle-gpu to extract text from image, but we have latest gpu installed in our machine of 40 series like 4080RTX while the latest GPU release for windows supports 11.8 but our GPU are not competible with cuda 11.2 to 11.8, compatibility starts fron 12.6 to 13.0
