PaddleOCR on upside down and angular characters

I have paddleocr 3.0.0.

I'm trying to read text in these seal images. As you can see , characters in lower half of the circle are upside down, and angular in orientation.

1. I want to improve the accuracy of detection and recognition of text in such seal images. How to label angular and upside down text ?
2. Can I use the already trained seal model via transfer learning ,or do I need to train my model from scratch ?
3. I want character level detection and recognition, how to perform that in paddleocr ?
