PaddlePaddle-gpu 3.2.2 is not available for cuda 13.1

To speed up the self trained model we are using latest GPU of nvidia which supports cuda minimum 13.1 we cannot downgrade the GPU driver,
Our OS is windows and documentation releases shows that windows paddlepaddle GPU version maximum supports CUDA 12.9.
If we use CPU the process is very slow.
any solution ?
