How can I bypass cheking connectivity?

Checking connectivity to the model hosters, this may take a while. To bypass this check, set DISABLE_MODEL_SOURCE_CHECK to True.
I did so and still it had to perform a connectivity check. Is there any change in parameter names? Or where should I put this setting in? .bashrc or just inside the terminal?

PADDLE_PDX_DISABLE_MODEL_SOURCE_CHECK=1

You can run it like this $ PADDLE_PDX_DISABLE_MODEL_SOURCE_CHECK=1 python3 yourapp.py

Or put it in .bashrc as export PADDLE_PDX_DISABLE_MODEL_SOURCE_CHECK=1
