unable to recognize some English letters randomly with PPOCRv4 server rec model & also with PPOCRv5 mobile rec model

Dear All,

Please help me to figure out what to do to avoid random missing of english letters ,
It is happing in PPOCRv4 server model as well in PPOCRv5 mobile model ,
I have tried with different using rec_img_h, rec_img_w such as 48x320, 48x640, 64x640 but issue still present
Your suggestions will be deeply appreciated
