变换检测中with_seg_labels 的作用？

在https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/PaddleRS/blob/develop/docs/apis/data_cn.md中明确提到了with_seg_labels 的用处，但是关于细节我还是有几个问题：

1. 使用with_seg_labels后，相当于同时进行变换检测和语义分割任务吗？
2. 使用with_seg_labels后，用训练好的模型进行推理，是否可以实现推理既可以判断那些区域变化，还可以判断变化区域是什么类别，例如河流，建筑等
