Artificial limit on supported image formats

The used PIL and opencv backends support a lot more file formats than jpg, png, jpeg, bmp, pdf.

Example and Error:

paddleocr ocr -i Path\to\image.ppm
...
Not supported input file type! Only PDF and image files ended with suffix `jpg, png, jpeg, bmp, pdf` are supported! But recevied `C:\Users\Tim\Desktop\test2.ppm`.
