Not getting data from Cortex #317
Description
Describe the bug
Followed steps for pulling data from Cortex. I have created the API Key. I have the Country Code and my Instance Name. I have created the index. Not seeing any data being pulled. I have repeat the steps on both my cloud instance and on my Heavy Forwarder for testing.
