Extend `service.tmpl` by adding new functions

Extend service template by new functions prepared manually in PaloAltoNetworks/pango#117:

• add multiconfig for delete()
• if we have UUID for entry:
  • add function MoveGroup
  • add function HitCount
  • add function SetAuditComment
  • add function CurrentAuditComment
  • add function AuditCommentHistory
