Enable ECMP and Symmetric Return on the default Virtual Router with pan-os-python

I need to enable ECMP and Symmetric Return on the default Virtual Router with pan-os-python. This does not seem to be supported.

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow configuration with pan-os-python of the checkboxes in the GUI for Enabling ECMP and Symmetric Return for the default Virtual Router.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually implementing the configuration, but this is not scalable, and we need to automate the configuration.

I tried to use fw.op(), but got an error, so assuming configuration is not supported there. I ended up using netmiko to automate these commands, but it is slower, and the API would be better.
