Feature Request - Provide logout feature for `Clinical Submission Login`

Clinical Submission Login: https://submission.pcgl-dev.cumulus.genomeinformatics.org/auth/login

Current behaviour:

1. once login, nowhere to logout
2. even you close the webpage, when you login, you still login with the previous selective information. you can't change your login information.
   E.g, When I accidentally login with my personal gmail (which does not have the scope to submit), I couldn’t logout to re-login again with the correct email. And I end up with having to use another browser.

Expectation

Provide logout feature to close the session so that people can re-login with new login information.
