Where should I put custom downloaded upscaling models?

I have a bunch from OpenModelDB that I use in SDNext via chaiNNer, not sure if any of these are compatible with reForge or not. If they are (specifically dat-based models), where should I put them that reForge will know they exist and to use them?

Does this work for ESRGAN upscalers only, or can I add DAT/SPAN/HAT etc upscalers to that folder as well, and they'll still work? ESRGAN is pretty old at this point.

You can use any, for example I use 2x-AnimeSharpV4 in 'RCAN' folder
