Issue when using course copy V2 #20
Description
Sessions embedded on a Moodle course using the TinyMCE LTI button do not update to point to the reference copy created in the new course folder as part of the course copy V2 process.
Steps to repro:
Create Moodle course which has Panopto block added. It also has the LTI 1.3 external tool added.
Create a text and media area activity and using the Panopto LTI button, insert a session.
Create a new blank Moodle course, use the course import tool to import the entire original Moodle course.
Course copy V2 completes within the Panopto folder and creates the reference copy however the embedded session still points to the original session.
(I have noted the same behaviour with the Panopto course embed tool)
