Multi-file Latex project support

Is it possible for PaperDebugger to have access to the entire file tree of the project? Functionality such as scoring and reviewing is not useful in these kinds of projects.

Paperdebugger can access the entire file tree of the project. It accesses all files, finds the entrypoint file, assembles the documentation, and then processes it.

I found the "Analyze Paper Score" can not access the sections imported from the main LaTeX file. I tried GPT 4o and GPT 4.1, but they all said: "Problem: The provided section contains only the LaTeX document structure and import commands, with no substantive content from any section (e.g., Abstract, Method, Experiments) present in the text. This prevents any assessment of technical soundness, novelty, empirical rigor, or reproducibility."

Same problem here. Receiving: The paper appears to be missing the following standard sections: Abstract, Introduction, Related Work, Methodology, Experiments, Conclusion, Limitations.
