Is your feature request related to a problem?

I would like to suggest adding these new permission nodes because it would allow for more customization, provide an alternative way to grant a privilege, and solve many problems. One example is spawn protection, which has no bypass node. The lack of a permission node for this feature has been a problem for years. Adding a permission node would solve that problem.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I would like to suggest adding more permission nodes for built-in vanilla features, such as Structure Blocks and Test Instance Blocks. Similarly, I would like to suggest adding more bypass permission nodes, such as the ability to bypass spawn protection.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I made a pull request to the Purpur project. However, it was suggested that I bring the idea to Paper since adding these patches would allow more users to enjoy the changes. A link to the repository I used to submit the pull request is below.
