Update Kvantum on Papyrus PPA #146

This issue report isn't directly related to arc-kde, but as the Papirus PPA is maintained by the Papirus Development Team, I thought this might be a good place to put it.
In March and April we saw the long-awaited release of Kvantum v1.1.0 and v1.1.1: https://github.com/tsujan/Kvantum/releases
I use KDE Plasma 6 and Kvantum on Ubuntu 22.04 (Jammy) via the Papirus PPA. I would love to see the version of kvantum on the PPA updated to v1.1.1. The main features I'm looking for is enhanced compatibility with QT 6.7, and fixed Blur in KWin 6.0.
