Allow for more than one Team Lead per Team

A user asks 🔒:

[...] does Parabol allow for more than one "Team Lead" per "Team" and if not i'd like to request such functionality be considered for a future release...

The use case being:

The rationale of this request is based on having a single point of contact to manage team members assigned to the team which results in a single point of failure, or bottleneck, when said singular Team Lead isn't available, is on vacation, leaves the company. etc. Sharing the load by allowing multiple Team Leads (n+1 <= 5 people) would be particularly beneficial for larger groups who use a single team space and share the load managing team member lists associated to said "Team" and also facilitating events etc. An alternative could be a "Claim Team Lead" or the like to allow for a pull versus push capability. Thanks!
