Cast-Ava is mutating with steelcap reagent genes

Issue Description

When mutating Cassava into Cast-Ava it incorrectly has 100% iron reagent gene instead of what it should have normally

What did you expect to happen?

i expected it to have the correct genes

What happened instead?

it did not have the correct genes

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

it is bad because cast-ava should have the correct genes

What would the correct genes be? Seems like cast-ava only has iron in it.

Ive found the PR that changed it, #31496

However Cast-Ava was not a carbon copy of the non mutated version of the plant, it had inverse traits (80% nutriment, 20% tapioca starch) which gave it the highest nutrument trait of any plant. Giving it a niche use for making very filling food. The 100% iron gene already existed in Steel caps and doesnt need to exist twice.

When in round earlier, a botanist was complaining about steelcaps being unmutatable but i havent confirmed that issue but may be related to this.

After having tested mutating both cast-ava and steelcaps on live server, I can confirm they both have the exact same 100% iron genes, its ultiamately redundant to have two of the exact same reagent gene traits on two seperate plants
