No cooldown to washing someone's mouth out with soap

What did you expect to happen?

Last time I did this, had a cooldown of about a second (i think?) between soap-feedings.

What happened instead?

I was able to feed myself three hundred units of soap in a couple seconds (no cooldown).

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

I am clean.
it's funny, not really any issues caused, except not being able to have other reagents put into you, which actually could be a very good way to kill someone (or keep them dead) now that I think about it.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Obtain a bar of soap
2. Click on yourself (or someone else) a bunch of times
3. You are now full of soap
