Marking Beacons Problem

What did you expect to happen?

To put marking beacon on the floor as it is usual when used in hand

What happened instead?

Opened the crafting menu instead of putting them on the floor and can't find a way to put them on the floor either way.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

This is quite neutral, but a bit annoying because I use marking beacon to either show a way in lavaland, prevent danger, or decorate the station.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Get marker beacon
2. activate in hand
3. Crafting menu shows up
4. can't place it
5. drop it
6. grab it again
7. activate in hand
8. doesn't place it and crafting menu shows up
9. repeat.

No logs, only been a while since I noticed (a week or so) haven't brought it up yet thinking it was a PR or TM that was effing with it, but now the problem persist must report that.
