Support for Parcels output in Trajan

@michaeldenes you were mentioning before that its not 100% clear if Trajan works out the box with Parcels output (even though our output is CF compliant). Could you elaborate here?

I think it would be good to contribute downstream to Trajan if this is the case (i.e., implementing these fixes and expanding their test suite to cover our datasets).
