Search is not working as expected #865
Description
Search only displays a few items and behavior is unpredictable.
To replicate -
Search for Springfield, Ohio
expected - as I type springfield the results would narrow down and eventually show me all springfields
observed - it shows four springfields and adding ", Ohio" doesn't change anything. Typing "Springfield Ohio" also does nothing.
Search for Salem, Oregon
expected - typing salem should bring up all salems adding, ORegon should narrow it
observed - typing salem brings up four non-oregon salems. adding ", Oregon" has interesting behavior, after the comma it starts a new search maybe and ends up showing three oregon cities and Alamogordo, NM!! Typing "Salem Oregon" with no comma produces the correct result.
