What is the purpose of the "Must be refilled" checkbox in the stock management?

I don´t understand this checkbox and the logic behind it. Is there a way to filter for these items so I get an overview?

I'm interpreting the feature like this:

• You are a hardware developer and nearly emptied (one of) your SMD bins.
• You check the box so that the storage guy knows what you need.
• The storage guy comes over to you with the reel(s) and you refill the SMD bin(s).

Maybe you even are the hardware developer and storage guy in one person =)

To list those items, add parts?part_filter[lotNeedsRefill][value]=true&part_filter[submit]= to the URL or use the built-in filter in the web UI (still a very underrated and underused feature IMHO).

Ah I can filter them. I wasn't able to find the correct filter for it. Okay, then this feature makes sense.

I would like to have a feature like adding all of those parts to a specific shopping cart (i. e. Mouser) by using the API from them. 🤔

Is it possible to filter these parts with the API?
