Disable DSGVO Mode to show full ip-addresses

Hi everyone, how can I disable "DSGVO Mode"? I find it very confusing and can't find anything about it in the documentation.

Under config/parameters.yaml there is the partdb.gdpr_compliance parameter. This needs to be set to false and afterwards the a cache:clear command has to be run.
