Describe the bug
When importing parts through a parts provider API like LCSC, tilde chars (~) in the description are automatically interpreted as strikethrough start/end. For me at least, this is not the desired behaviour as the tildes signal a voltage range for example.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load a part using the LCSC API that has two or more ~ symbols in the description text, for example TPS61288LRQQR
2. Save the part without manual edits of the description
3. Observe the text between the ~ shown as strikethrough with red highlighting

Expected behavior
Description without the text between the tildes being formatted as strikethrough
