Add zenodo integration

I just moved the repo to the PartitionedArrays organization.

Can you please add zenodo integration, just as we did with GalerkinToolkit.jl ?

Hi @fverdugo, to add the Zenodo integration I need to access the settings of the PartionedArrays repo. Would you be able to set my user to have an "admin" role (in the "Collaborators and Teams" tab of the repo settings)? This is what we needed to do to set up zenodo for GalerkinToolkit as well.

Thanks! You should have received an email requesting permission for zenodo app to access the org. (It needs to be you who accepts it because it needs to be an organisation "Owner")
