[Feature Request] fixed bar overlay like CrossPaste and Pasteboard

Hello dear Pastebar team,

First of all, thank you very much for your great work on this project!

I would like to submit a feature request: An optional “quick paste” overlay, similar to what I know from CrossPaste and Pasteboard – but with the usual better Pastebar feel. The overlay would simplify and speed up access to copied content and images.

I have designed a possible UI design as an example with a fixed overlay that can be closed with, for example, ESC or the shortcut. It is based on the look of Pasteboard, but the colors are based on Pastebar (see attached screenshot).

I would be very happy if this could be implemented!
