Set path to log to /var/log

The documentation says that the default configuration uses /var/log/patchmon-agent.log as the log file, however after installation the logs are stored in /etc/patchmon/logs/patchmon-agent.log, which is not the best location to store logs in a Linux system.
I suggest reverting back to the more canonical path. It seems that this was changed in commit 7c6598e

Hi team

I agree with this to be honest. There was a bit of a mis match initially so I need to refactor the code but make it dynamic as well.

I'm going to implement a global variable on the server that can be configured as to where the logs are going to be on the agent so a custom patch can also be used. I will also be going ahead and obtaining the log files to be collected on demand if needed by the server so there are a few things that need to be done on my side to totally enhance it.

I've opened this up and assigned it to the Roadmap for a later version.
