Slow Support gem dropdown #1426

Check for duplicates
- I've checked for duplicate open and closed issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Opening support gem's dropdown menu is very slow.
I guess it's because PoB calculates efficiency of every support gem to sort them.
The problem is that PoB (another guess) calculates it (or something else) even when Sort gems by DPS checkbox is Unchecked.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to add support gems fast.
At least when i don't care about gem's efficiency.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I didn't really notice PoB filtering out unusable supports for specific skills.
So, minus one process for guessing the cause of the problem.
Even though this future should not be heavy.
Additional context
I use Mid-Tier PC(i7-7700k, 16Gb Ram) and PoB is on my M2 SSD.
Should not be real problem here.
