Fix Foulborn Dialla's Malefaction not importing gems in correct order (#9280)

The match for the name of the unique was looking for the exact match and broke when we had Foulborn in it
Changed it to use match instead which fixes the issue
Found a few other instances where we were doing exact name matches and changed them to use `match:` so they also don't run into a similar issue down the line
