Subgraph generation #20
Description
We would like to have a subgraph generation mechanism on the CausalPath webserver. This feature would be useful when the original result network is very large.
Ideally, users provide a set of gene symbols and webserver shows either a paths-between graph or a neighborhood graph depending on the user preference. To guide users with meaningful sets of seed symbols, we can provide an option to enter a GO term instead of the symbols. Then, the genes associated with that GO term can be used for subgraph generation.
