Remove credentials management from user-info #153

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there is code for a user-info page (which was disabled given the recent authentication management changes). This component allowed the user to change their password and similar info and also showed opened issues/candidates.
Since credentials management is now performed using keepass the link to this page was disabled.
Describe the solution you'd like
Enable the link to this page again (using menu on the right of the header-bar), but remove the possibility to change password and user-specific data. The page should then only show information about opened issues and similar.
