Hide unfilled sections in pattern description #167

Currently, when a pattern contains a specific section that does not contain content, the section will be shown as
[Sectiontitle]
Enter your input for this section here.
Describe the solution you'd like
Don't show unfilled sections as described above. However, make sure that there still is a way of filling such sections in the edit mode.
Currently the Section can be filled by clicking the edit button next to the content. If the section is gone completely this is not possible.
Possible solutions:
- only hide the "dummy" content "Enter your input for this section here." and show the edit icon next to the section title. I.e. only show one line with the title.
- or: next to the pattern title, add a button next to the general edit button that allows adding unfilled sections for this pattern (= when loading check which sections are unfilled and add them to a list that will be shown when this edit button is clicked)
